When You Arrive…
The henna boutique is located inside of the Severn River Business Center adjacent to Chesapeake Salon.
Please note that the entrance to the parking lot may be easily missed as it is very close to a major intersection.
Complimentary parking is available for all of our guests.
When you enter the building, you may choose to take the stairs or elevator to floor two. The elevator is quite leisurely, so do not be alarmed by its pace.
Once on floor two, we can be found at the center of the building in Suite 213.
Evening Appointments
It is our pleasure to offer evening appointments. Please note that the main doors to the business center are secured after standard business hours. When you arrive, please call or text the number provided on your appointment confirmation email, and we will greet you at the door.
For your comfort and convenience, we will escort you to the door when your appointment extends after dusk.

At Your Session…
In order to provide our guests with undivided attention, our convenient online booking system comprehensively schedules each appointment to allow for minimal overlap between clients.
This is your time to relax and decompress. You’re invited to make yourself comfortable inside of the boutique.
Please arrive to your appointment with freshly cleansed, oil- and lotion-free skin as this will provide the best outcome for your henna.
Before we begin, we will consult briefly about any design preferences that you have. You’re welcome to bring photos of art, textiles, or henna designs that inspire you. We will advise you about any considerations that you might take into account, and will create a custom design just for you.
After your designs are complete, we will arrange a personal drying station for you. Our handcrafted henna paste is particularly elastic and adheres well to the skin once it has dried.
Similar to a face mask, dry henna designs will tighten slightly on the skin, and will require removal after a number of hours. Many of our clients opt for evening appointments in order to leave their henna paste on overnight, removing it the following morning.

Locating the henna boutique
Our private, serene henna boutique is conveniently located inside of the Severn River Business Center in Pasadena, MD.
Situated at the cross of Mountain Rd. and Jumpers Hole Rd, the boutique is approximately 20 minutes from the Baltimore Inner Harbor.

Henna Boutique Policies
Prepayment Upon Booking
When you visit the henna boutique, your ability to relax and decompress is our priority. In order to facilitate a hassle-free experience, all services require credit card payment in full upon booking to reserve your session. No exceptions.
Groups & Session Sharing
Individual sessions are intended for a single service recipient. Parties of five or fewer people are welcome to reserve group sessions at the henna boutique. If you have a larger group, please consider reserving on-location services for your party or event.
Children & Accompanying Guests
In efforts to offer a pleasant and professional atmosphere, we ask that you limit your guests while you receive services. Due to safety implications, children who are not receiving services are not permitted in the henna boutique at any time.
Alternative Methods of Payment
Should you wish to increase services at your booking, please note that we are able to accommodate payments with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, CashApp, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Health & Wellness
Please be considerate of your artist’s health and the health of our other clients. If you are under the weather, please reschedule as soon as possible. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of illness, your appointment may be cancelled at your artist’s discretion and no refunds will be provided.
Tardiness & Cancellations
Please be respectful of your artist's time as well as that of our other clients, and arrive in a timely manner. Clients who are late for schedule appointments may receive abbreviated service. We allow for a single appointment reschedule without penalty. Subsequent requests for reschedules will be deemed a cancellation, and a new appointment will be required.
Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate those with regular tardiness, last minute cancellations, and/or no-call/no-shows.
Gratuities
As a luxury beauty service provider, a 20% gratuity is customary for satisfactory service. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on henna services, gift certificates, or retail items. Your experience is important to us. Please read all service descriptions and/or inquire when necessary to ensure you’ve selected the service which best suits your needs.
